Abstract: The dyeing apparatus for carrying out laboratory tests comprises a dyeing chamber which can be sealingly coupled to at least one portion of the fabric to be dyed, means being additionally provided for displacing the dyeing liquid, adapted to carry out a sequence of alternate passages of the dyeing liquid through said fabric to be dyed.

Abstract: A powder dye extraction apparatus has an extraction screw with a hollow shaft which receives a push rod. A dye discharge door in the form of a perforated plate is mounted on the end of the screw and delivers powdered dye as the screw is rotated. A scraper is mounted externally of the aperture plate and rotates with the screw to pulverize the powdered dye as it is discharged. An end of the push rod extends out of the screw and carries a lid which is retractable over the aperture plate and scraper.

Abstract: The invention discloses an apparatus for the preparation and distribution of dye solutions to a dyeing apparatus or to a color kitchen, including a unit for the loading of powder-dye into dissolution vats, a collector unit for conveyance of the dye solution to a distributor unit and for pipe flushing, and a distributor unit. The collector unit consists of a selection-plate, which alternatively connects the distributor unit with the dissolution vats or with a flushing water-network, wherein the distributor unit consists of a plurality of outlets supplied by the collector unit, through a rotary collector, the outlets being connected with the dyeing equipment or with the color kitchen, or with sewers.

Abstract: A plant for the automatic weighing of dyes in powder form controlled by a computer for the preparation of mixtures for the dyeing industry comprising a plurality of hoppers containing the dyes, said hoppers being placed one beside the other, each being provided with pipe systems for the introduction of the dyes into respective loading hoppers provided with a lower conveyor chute for the withdrawal and introduction of the dye from the hoppers into a mixing and weighing container. When the conveyor chute is set into rotation, it withdraws the dye from the hopper and deposits it on the plate of the scale. The rotational speed of the chute is variable and it gradually decreases as the value weighed by the scale approaches the required weight value. The quantity of dye to be withdrawn and the withdrawing sequences are recorded and memorized in a computer which controls the operation of the plant.
