  • Patent number: 10875382
Abstract: A waste heat utilization system for an electric vehicle having an electric motor and a battery may include a first cooling circuit in which a first coolant circulates and having arranged therein the electric motor, a first direct heat exchanger for discharging heat from the first coolant into surroundings of the system, and a first delivery device for driving the first coolant. The system may also include a second cooling circuit in which a second coolant circulates and having arranged therein the battery and a second delivery device for driving the second coolant. The system may also include an air conditioning circuit in which a working medium circulates, and having arranged therein a compressor, condenser, and evaporator.

  • Publication number: 20190003773
Abstract: A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle includes first fluid lines of a flexible material, through which a first fluid (F1) flows, and a holding structure with holding elements. The first fluid lines and the holding elements form a woven structure. The holding elements are in a thread-like manner and extend along a second direction of extension (R2), at right angles to a first direction of extension (R1). The heat exchanger, through which a second fluid (F2) flows, is separated from the first fluid (F1). The woven structure includes a first and second partial woven structures and are formed separately. The first partial woven structure and the second partial structure are arranged so that the second fluid (F2) flows through the woven structure space, formed between the two partial woven structures. The first and the second partial woven structures are at an angle relative to one another.

  • Publication number: 20180149111
Abstract: A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle may include an outer pipe through which hot gas may flow, the outer pipe extending along a longitudinal direction, defining an outer pipe interior, and including two outer pipe walls in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The heat exchanger may also include an inner pipe arranged in the outer pipe interior, the inner pipe extending along the longitudinal direction, being closed on a first longitudinal end, defining an inner pipe interior, and including two inner pipe walls in the cross section. The inner pipe walls may include a plurality of apertures by which the inner and outer pipe interiors may communicate fluidically.

  • Publication number: 20180149062
Abstract: An exhaust gas heat exchanger for a motor vehicle may include an outer tube extending along a longitudinal direction to be flowed-through by a hot gas. The outer tube may define an outer tube interior space and in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction may include at least two outer tube-tube walls. An inner tube may be arranged in the outer tube interior space and may extend along the longitudinal direction. A longitudinal end of the inner tube may be closed and may define an inner tube interior space and in the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, may include at least two inner tube-tube walls at least one of which may include a plurality of apertures. A plurality of thermoelectric modules may be arranged on an outside of the at least two outer tube-tube walls and may each include a hot side and a cold side.
