    Abstract: There is provided an optical lens having an optically transparent surface coated with transducers adapted to stimulate a stimulus signal in a sample, where the optical lens is adapted to enable an optical communication between an optical source from one side of the optically transparent surface and the transducers and the sample from another side of the optically transparent surface for enabling the optical source to conduct optical operations capturing both the transducers and the sample simultaneously during a stimulation process. There is also provided a method of manufacturing the optical lens.
