  • Publication number: 20250093306
Abstract: A sensor apparatus has at least one sensor element, with at least one data conducting interface, with at least one power supply device and with at least one carrier structure, in which it is provided as essential to the invention that the carrier structure forms at least two segments and that the segments are connected flexibly to each other. For a method for producing a sensor apparatus, a carrier structure is provided, segments are produced from the carrier structure, and flexible connections are formed between the segments.

  • Publication number: 20240201154
Abstract: A sensor apparatus for analysing a sample gas volume includes at least one fine particle measuring chamber to hold the sample gas that is to be analysed, at least one sensor element for measuring fine particles assigned to the fine particle measuring chamber, at least one sample gas feed assigned to the fine particle measuring chamber, at least one sample gas discharge assigned to the fine particle measuring chamber, at least one ventilation device assigned to the fine particle measuring chamber. The ventilation device includes a fan with a fan housing, and the sensor apparatus has at least one circuit carrier with at least one control circuit for actuating the ventilation device. The circuit carrier incudes a circuit for controlling the measurement of fine particles. The circuit carrier is arranged outside the fan housing. The ventilation device has a data interface for a data-carrying connection to the circuit carrier.

  • Patent number: 9784609
Abstract: A device for measuring the filling level of a liquid in a container is provided, which uses an ultrasound sensor. The ultrasound sensor is associated with a damping cup with at least one antechamber, and the antechamber has at least one outer ring and one inner ring. The inner ring is arranged within the outer ring and the ceiling of the inner ring has different heights. The ceiling has a lowest point and a highest point. In the area of the ceiling the inner ring is provided with a venting connection with the outer ring. The venting connection between the inner ring and the outer ring is located at the highest point of the inner ring. The ceiling of the outer ring has different heights including a lowest point and a highest point. A vent hole is provided at the highest point of the outer ring.

  • Patent number: 9372102
Abstract: In a gas sensor comprising a housing, a membrane and a sensor element, wherein the housing comprises a measuring chamber and an air supply opening, the sensor element is disposed in the measuring chamber and the membrane separates the measuring chamber from the air supply opening, a particularly good air exchange should be achieved. This is accomplished by providing a flow guiding device in the air supply opening of the housing. The flow guiding device here projects into the housing.
