The integrated chip includes a bottom electrode disposed over one or more interconnects and a diffusion barrier layer on the bottom electrode. The diffusion barrier layer has an inner upper surface that is arranged laterally between and vertically below an outer upper surface of the diffusion barrier film. The outer upper surface wraps around the inner upper surface in a top-view of the diffusion barrier layer. A data storage structure is separated from the bottom electrode by the diffusion barrier layer. A top electrode is arranged over the data storage structure.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for a disk drive includes a tray, a bracket, and a latch member. The tray supports the disk drive. A resiliently deformable hook is formed on the tray. The tray defines two pair of first and second sliding slots. The bracket receives the tray and the disk drive, and defines a positioning opening. Two pair of posts are formed at two opposite ends of the latch member. The posts slide and rotate in the sliding slots. A positioning tab is formed the latch member and engages in the positioning opening to prevent the tray sliding out of the bracket. A blocking tab is formed on the latch member, and engages with the hook to remain engagement between the positioning tab and the positioning opening, and to disengage from the hook when the hook is deformed.

Abstract: A supporting bracket for adjusting tilt of a liquid crystal display (LCD) includes a fixing member configured for supporting the LCD, a gear capable of rotating in the fixing member, and a sliding member received in the fixing member configured for connecting to the LCD. The sliding member comprises a rack to engage with teeth of the gear. The gear rotates to drive the sliding member moving relative to the fixing member to adjusting the angle of the LCD.

Each arm includes a first bent portion protruding outwardly from the base body, and a second bent portion protruding inwardly from the first bent portion.
