The internal circulation type clathrate hydrate-based cold storage system includes a water chilling unit, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, a gas disturbance device, a concentration measurement system, a heat exchange system, a direct-current power supply and circuit control system, and a system monitoring device. The water chilling unit provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through an evaporator coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for a heat exchange. The gas disturbance device induces hydrate nucleation. The concentration measurement system monitors a concentration of a hydrate solution in real time. The heat exchange system is equipped with a finned tube heat exchanger with a fan.

In the method, the black phosphorus sheet is used as the electrolytic anode, and an electrochemical reaction system is constructed together with an inert electrode and an alkaline aqueous electrolyte, wherein the alkaline aqueous electrolyte comprises an N-N dimethylformamide solution dissolved with epoxy resin. In alkaline aqueous electrolyte, the prepared black phosphorus nanosheet structure tends to be more stable, not easy to be damaged and the oxidation degree is reduced. Under alkaline conditions, it is conducive to improve the intercalation and stripping effect of black phosphorus material of anode and make the black phosphorus exfoliation more complete.
