The second encapsulation layer encapsulates the upper portion, and has a second bottom surface and a second top surface. The second bottom surface faces the first top surface. The second top surface is opposite to the second bottom surface. The second top surface includes a third region and a fourth region different from the third region. A first elevation difference between a first elevation of the first region and a second elevation of the second region is greater than a second elevation difference between a third elevation of the third region and a fourth elevation of the fourth region.

The modulation and encoding method includes: grading to-be-transmitted bits into a plurality of levels; encoding a plurality of levels of bits obtained through grading to obtain a plurality of levels of codewords; and mapping the plurality of levels of codewords to a symbol in a staggered manner, where the plurality of levels of codewords include a first codeword, the first codeword is located at a Yth level of the plurality of levels of codewords, and the first codeword overlaps at least one codeword at any level other than the Yth level. In this way, codewords at different levels are associated by using a symbol to which the codewords are mapped, and an overlapping part between a plurality of codewords can assist in demodulating the codewords.

    Abstract: A method for electrical connection is presented, including preparing a pre-bonding assembly with a first and second connection pad and an insulating layer, where the first pad includes two sections, with the second staggered and covered by the insulating layer. An activatable conductive film, filled with isolated conductive particles, is placed between the first pad's section and the second pad. Upon pressing, the film activates, extending into the insulating layer, connecting the first section and second pad electrically, while isolating the second section. This provides a reliable connection, suitable for camera modules and other electronics.
