Abstract: A determination method includes obtaining an amino acid sequence pair of a first protein and an amino acid sequence of a second protein, generating an amino acid code of the first protein, a first amino acid pair code of the first protein, and a first protein structure of the first protein based on the amino acid sequence pair of the first protein, generating a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) code of the second protein, a second amino acid pair code of the second protein, and a second protein structure of the second protein based on the amino acid sequence of the second protein, and generating a structure of a complex of the first protein and the second protein based on the amino acid code, the first amino acid pair code, the first protein structure, the MSA code, the second amino acid pair code, and the second protein structure.

Abstract: A retrieval method includes: obtaining graph data corresponding to an input object, the graph data including a plurality of nodes and node data corresponding to each node; encoding and discretizing the graph data by using a graph encoder, to obtain a data sequence corresponding to the input object, the data sequence representing discretized information of at least one of node features or position features of the plurality of nodes, and the discretized information being obtained through the encoding; and retrieving, in a graph database, a target data sequence satisfying a similarity threshold with the data sequence, and determining an output object corresponding to the input object based on the retrieved target data sequence.
