Abstract: Determining RAN performance outlier information is disclosed. In an aspect, RAN data for a current condition can be analyzed in view of historical RAN data to determine if the current condition in atypical and represents an outlier condition. In an aspect, historically similar environments between the historical and current RAN data can allow the analysis to have increased relevance. The disclosure can employ a binary array to facilitate determining performance outlier information. In an aspect, the present disclosure can be performed in a distributed computing environment and is scalable to manage large data volumes. • Patent number: 10831568
Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product for an electronic alarm management system. The method may include detecting a trigger event that causes a user device to be shut down. The method may include determining whether there is an event for a user of the user device that is scheduled to occur within a first time period closely following a time of the trigger event. In response to determining that there is an event occurring within the time period closely following the time of the trigger event, the method may include determining whether the event is associated with an importance score that exceeds a threshold. The event that has the importance score exceeding the threshold is deemed a critical event. The method may include generating and displaying a notification on the user device reminding the user of the critical event.

  • Patent number: 10832148
Abstract: The system gathers a set of biometric data for a first driver of a vehicle. The system classifies the set of biometric data as belonging in one of a plurality of biometric conditions. The plurality of biometric conditions include at least one normal biometric condition representative of a normal, attentive condition and a first abnormal biometric condition representative of an inattentive condition. The system determines a personal threshold between the normal biometric condition and the first abnormal biometric condition for the first driver for a first biometric parameter. In a driving phase, the system monitors biometric data of the first driver to determine whether the first driver has passed from the normal biometric condition to the first abnormal biometric condition according to the personal threshold.

  • Patent number: 10827937
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for noninvasive imaging of cardiac electrophysiological based on low rank and sparse constraints. This method decomposes the spatio-temporal distribution of endocardial and epicardial potentials into a low-rank matrix representing smooth potential components and a sparse matrix representing the details of potential salience according to the prior condition of spatio-temporal correlation of the endocardial and epicardial potential distribution of the heart. By introducing low rank and sparse constraints, the solution of the ill-conditioned inverse problem of ECG is constrained to the unique optimal solution. The invention combines the individualized three-dimensional heart model of the subject to obtain a three-dimensional dynamic distribution image of the cardiac endocardial and epicardial potential of the subject, which has important practical application value.

  • Patent number: 10834208
Abstract: A session processing method related to the field of wireless communications technologies is provided. The method discloses: obtaining, by user equipment (UE), session type information, where the session type information is used to indicate a type of a first session; and when a first application triggers a first service, determining, by the UE based on the session type information, whether a create session request needs to be initiated for the first service. According to the solutions provided in embodiments, before the create session request is initiated, the UE may determine whether to reuse a created session or create a new session. In this way, for a service that can reuse a created session, no new session needs to be created, thereby reducing signaling exchange between the UE and a network side.

  • Publication number: 20200350426
Abstract: An epitaxial structure for a high-electron-mobility transistor includes a substrate, a nucleation layer, a buffer layered unit, a channel layer, and a barrier layer sequentially stacked on one another in such order. The buffer layered unit includes at least one multiple quantum well structure containing a plurality of p-i-n heterojunction stacks. Each of the p-i-n heterojunction stacks includes p-type, i-type, and n-type layers which are alternately stacked along a direction away from the nucleation layer, and which are made of materials respectively represented by chemical formulas of AlxGa(1-x)N, AlyGa(1-y)N, and AlzGa(1-z)N. For each of the p-i-n heterojunction stacks, x gradually decreases and z gradually increases along the direction away from the nucleation layer, and y is consistent and ranges from 0 to 0.7.

  • Publication number: 20200348815
Abstract: A user can select content on an interface screen and provide an associated directional placement instruction to launch a new application window that displays the selected content or information associated with the selected content. The directional placement instruction may indicate an area of the screen where the user prefers to display the new application window. Responsive to the initiation of the directional placement instruction, a conversion module converts the selected content into a placeable representation of the new application. Responsive to receipt of the directional placement instruction, a window management system presents the new application window in the user interface in a location based on the directional placement instruction.

  • Publication number: 20200347459
Abstract: A method for the prediction, prognosis and/or diagnosis of bladder cancer or bladder cancer recurrence in a subject, the method includes: providing a test sample from the subject; measuring DNA methylation levels of at least a portion of two or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of HOXA9, SOX1, NPY, IRAK3, L1-MET, and ZO2 in the test sample; calculating a risk score based on the measured DNA methylation levels, comparing the calculated risk score to a cut-off value derived from a reference DNA methylation profile based on DNA methylation levels of the one or more biomarkers derived from a control group, members of which had bladder cancer; and based on the comparison calculated risk score to the cut-off value, determining at least one of: (1) whether bladder cancer has recurred; (2) whether there is likelihood that the bladder cancer will recur; and (3) whether the patient has bladder cancer. The one or more polynucleotides preferably comprise SOX1, IRAK3 and L1-MET.

  • Publication number: 20200349688
Abstract: A style of a digital image is transferred to another digital image of arbitrary resolution. A high-resolution (HR) content image is segmented into several low-resolution (LR) patches. The resolution of a style image is matched to have the same resolution as the LR content image patches. Style transfer is then performed on a patch-by-patch basis using, for example, a pair of feature transforms—whitening and coloring. The patch-by-patch style transfer process is then repeated at several increasing resolutions, or scale levels, of both the content and style images. The results of the style transfer at each scale level are incorporated into successive scale levels up to and including the original HR scale. As a result, style transfer can be performed with images having arbitrary resolutions to produce visually pleasing results with good spatial consistency.
