The method includes choosing a target word line among a plurality of word lines, wherein a plurality of target memory cells of the target word-line are programmed; reading the target memory cells by respectively using different X read voltage sets, so as to obtain X Gray code count deviation summations, wherein the X read voltage sets and the corresponding X Gray code count deviation summations are all ordered based on a first predefined order; and choosing one of the X read voltage sets as an optimized read voltage set according to the X Gray code count deviation summations.

Abstract: A liquid crystal light-adjusting film includes a polymer material substrate and a plurality of elliptical crystal cells. The polymer material substrate has a light incident surface and a light exiting surface opposite to each other. A direction from the light incident surface to the light exiting surface is a thickness direction of the polymer material substrate. The elliptical crystal cells are disposed in the polymer material substrate. A long axis direction of each of the elliptical crystal cells is arranged along a first direction perpendicular to the thickness direction, and each of the elliptical crystal cells comprises a plurality of liquid crystal molecules. A manufacturing method of the liquid crystal light-adjusting film and a backlight module using the liquid crystal light-adjusting film are also provided.

Abstract: Provided are a vehicle positioning method, an apparatus and a device. The method includes: sending an auxiliary positioning request to an auxiliary positioning device within a preset distance range; receiving an auxiliary positioning message returned by the auxiliary positioning device with respect to the auxiliary positioning request, where the auxiliary positioning message carries location information of the auxiliary positioning device; and determining a current location of a current vehicle according to the location information of the auxiliary positioning device and distance information between the current vehicle and the auxiliary positioning device. The method of the present disclosure can implement vehicle positioning without a satellite positioning signal. The vehicle positioning can be performed when the vehicle is blocked by an obstacle such as a tunnel, a building and the satellite positioning signal cannot be received, improving the accuracy of the vehicle positioning.

The CU circuitry executes the integrated PDCP to route the downlink data from the 5GNR SDAP component to an Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers 802.11 (WIFI) Radio Link Control (RLC) component. The CU circuitry receives uplink data from the WIFI RLC component. The CU circuitry executes the integrated PDCP to route the uplink data from the WIFI RLC receive memory to the 5 GNR SDAP component.
