    Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink data retransmission method and terminal. The method comprises: a terminal determining whether to spontaneously retransmit first uplink data; and if the terminal determines to spontaneously retransmit the first uplink data, the terminal retransmitting the first uplink data on a physical resource that is pre-configured on a network side. The application adopts the above technical solution to resolve the technical problem in which, for a URLLC service, if a retransmission mechanism is based on a conventional HARQ mechanism, a certain time interval is required between two adjacent transmissions of uplink data, which may result in retransmission being unsupported for a certain time delay requirement and configuration, and as a result a reliability requirement for the URLLC service cannot be met.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method, device, apparatus for transmitting and receiving a request signal, comprising: a base station determines a channel occupancy request signal to be transmitted, the channel occupancy request signal being a request signal for requesting channel occupancy to a terminal after the base station executes a listen-before-talk operation on the direction corresponding to at least one beam; the base station schedules transmission of the channel occupancy request signal on a downlink control channel; the terminal detects the downlink control channel that schedules the transmission of the channel occupancy request signal; and the terminal receives the channel occupancy request signal according to a detection result. The use of the present invention overcomes a defect of the prior art that has no design for the channel occupancy request signal, and implements transmission of an eNB channel occupancy request signal.

The present application can solve the problem of a current M-stage preamble sequence solution.

Using the present application, defining at least two DL detection areas in a time unit, a terminal detects a downlink transmission in each detection area, and, when one is detected, performs ACK/NACK feedback in an uplink area corresponding to said downlink area. In the present invention, each downlink area has a defined feedback and scheduling relationship, respectively, by means of dividing a time unit into multiple downlink areas, thereby increasing scheduling flexibility and system resource utilization.
