Abstract: Provided are a fused tricyclic cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, and a preparation method therefor and a pharmaceutical use thereof. In particular, the structure of the fused tricyclic cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor is shown in formula I, wherein substituents are defined in the description. The fused tricyclic cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor is used for preventing and/or treating cyclin-dependent kinase related diseases, in particular cancers.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a thermal coupling method for preparing ethylene by ethanol dehydration and device thereof. The device includes an ethanol dehydration reaction system, a quenching compression system, an alkaline washing system, a molecular sieve drying system and an ethylene purification and propylene refrigeration cycle system; ethanol dehydration reaction products in the ethanol dehydration reaction system serve as a heat source for preheating, vaporization and superheating of a raw material of ethanol; tower bottoms of an evaporation tower in the quenching compression system serve as a heat source for preheating of a feed stream of the evaporation tower and heating of an overhead gas of a quenching tower; products of ethylene in the alkaline washing system serve as a cold source for cooling of crude ethylene.

Abstract: A method for discriminating vertical distribution models of organic carbons is provided, the method includes: obtaining a concentration of organic carbons in a surface layer of the ocean water area, depths of water of the ocean water area and depths of mixed layers of the ocean water area; determining different vertical distribution models of organic carbons in the ocean water area according to the concentration of the organic carbons in the surface layer and the depths of water of the ocean water area; calculating ratios of the depths of water of the ocean water area to the depths of the mixed layers of the ocean water area; and discriminating the vertical distribution models according to the ratios. According to this method, the accuracy of estimation of the stock of organic carbons in the ocean water area can be improved greatly.

Abstract: A method and a device for determining an extraction model of a green tide coverage ratio based on mixed pixels. The method includes acquiring sample truth values respectively corresponding to a plurality of target regions water body and green tide; acquiring a plurality of first remote sensing data of a first satellite sensor, the plurality of remote sensing data are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of target regions; determining reflection index sets respectively corresponding to the plurality of target regions according to the plurality of remote sensing data; and determining the extraction model of the green tide coverage ratio corresponding to the first satellite sensor according to the sample truth value corresponding to each of the plurality of target regions and the reflection index set corresponding to each of the plurality of target regions.
