Abstract: The present invention discloses a recombinant protein capable of resisting multiple sclerosis and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biopharmacy. The recombinant protein of the present invention comprises Mycobacterium tuberculosis heat shock protein 65 and 6-segment tandem repeat myelin oligodendroglia glycoprotein antigen epitope polypeptides with multiple sclerosis autoimmune antigen characteristics at the 33rd-55th sites. The recombinant protein capable of resisting multiple sclerosis is used for preparing multiple sclerosis vaccines and/or preparing multiple sclerosis drugs. The present invention can play a role in preventing multiple sclerosis and can avoid side effects caused by most of disease modifying therapy (DMT) drugs.

Abstract: The permanent magnet comprises a main phase structure of R2T14B crystal grains, and R is a rare earth element; T comprises at least Mn, Fe, and optionally a transition metal comprising Co; B is boron; the permanent magnet further comprises Mn and heavy rare earth elements which are distributed in a grain boundary in a diffusion mode. The heavy rare earth element is selected from at least one selected from Dy, Ho and Tb. According to the rare earth permanent magnet prepared through the preparation method, more heavy rare earth elements can be diffused into the magnet core along the grain boundary, Hcj distribution of the permanent magnet is improved, and meanwhile the corrosion resistance and the mechanical property of the permanent magnet are improved.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a method for enabling Blue-ray Disc Java (BD-J) to effectively obtain context of a corresponding application, namely an Xlet, while playing BD-J title, which comprises the steps of setting up source file attribute of each class by adding an Xlet context ID as an unique code to the class when loading all classes into a cache of the BD-J; looking up back onto a call stack to search for Xlet class of the current BD-J title when searching for Xlet context; and then obtaining the Xlet context through the Xlet context ID according to the source file attribute. Thus, the method of the present invention enables BD-J to normally play the BD-J title in the Blue-ray Disc Read Only Memory (BD-ROM) and, at the same time, effectively improves the playing performance.

Abstract: A method for requesting eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document management is provided. The method includes the following steps. A client sends an original location and a target location of a node to be moved to a server through a node movement request. The server performs a corresponding “move” operation upon determination of the node movement request. A method for managing an XML document, an XML document management client (XDMC), and an XML document management server (XDMS) are further provided. Because the client sends signaling only to perform the “move” operation, the process is very simple and delay is short.
