    Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) with active and dummy device cell arrays and a method of fabricating the same are discloses. The IC includes a substrate, an active device cell, and a dummy device cell. The active device cell includes an array of source/drain (S/D) regions of a first conductivity type disposed on or within the substrate and an array of gate structures with a first gate fill material disposed on the substrate. The dummy device cell includes a first array of S/D regions of the first conductivity type disposed on or within the substrate, a second array of S/D regions of a second conductivity type disposed on or within the substrate, and an array of dual gate structures disposed on the substrate. Each of the dual gate structures includes the first gate fill material and a second gate fill material that is different from the first gate fill material.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an isolated recombinant oncolytic adenovirus, a pharmaceutical composition, and uses thereof for drugs for treatment of tumors and/or cancers. The recombinant oncolytic adenovirus is a selectively replicating oncolytic adenovirus, and the genome of the recombinant oncolytic adenovirus is integrated with a coding sequence of exogenous shRNA capable of inhibiting PDL1 expression in tumor cells. The replication capability of the virus in normal primary cells is much lower than the replication capability of the virus in tumor cells. Moreover, the expressed shPDL1 can significantly reduce the level of PDL1 protein highly expressed in tumor cells. Thus, the oncolytic killing effect of the oncolytic virus and the anti-tumor immunostimulatory effect of immune cells produce a synergistic effect.

    Abstract: A light guiding structure of a backlight device having an insulation substrate, a micro LED, a reflecting layer, a light guiding layer and reflecting film. An illuminating surface is formed on the insulation substrate. The reflecting layer is stacked on the insulation substrate and stacked with the light guiding layer. The micro LED is arranged on the illuminating surface and illuminating toward a direction perpendicular to the illuminating surface. The reflecting film is stacked on the illuminating surface and covering on the micro LED, an edge of the light guiding layer is stacked between an edge of the reflecting film and the reflecting layer, a reflecting slope is defined on the reflecting film and extended from the micro LED to the edge of the light guiding layer. Light projected from the micro LED is reflected into the light guiding layer by the reflecting slope of the reflecting film.
