  • Patent number: 11915599
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for planning a shortest possible three-dimensional path for autonomous flying robots to traverse from one location to the other in a geographical region, including translating a three-dimensional (3D) environment, discretizing the 3D environment into a graph of many grid cells or nodes, employing a modified any-angle path planning algorithm to calculate non-uniform traversal cost of each grid cell and by averaging the total traversal costs along the path to shorten the corresponding computation time, whilst incorporating operational costs other than the traversal cost specific to the autonomous flying robots to be traversed. The shortest possible path found by the present method does not only consider the path length, but also takes different costs of traversing and operating the flying robots into account, which increases its feasibility and flexibility to be applied in a wide variety of situations and technological areas.

  • Patent number: 11892562
Abstract: A performing device of an impulse-like gesture recognition system executes an impulse-like gesture recognition method. A performing procedure of the impulse-like gesture recognition method includes steps of: receiving a sensing signal from a sensing unit; determining a prediction with at least one impulse-like label according to the sensing frames by a deep learning-based model; and classifying at least one gesture event according to the prediction. The gesture event is classified to determine the motion of the user. Since the at least one impulse-like label is used to label at least one detection score of the deep learning-based model, the detection score is non-decreasing, reaction time of the at least one gesture event for an incoming gesture is fast, rapid consecutive gestures are easily decomposed, and an expensive post-processing is not needed.

  • Patent number: 11804077
Abstract: A generic gesture detecting method executed by a generic gesture detecting device includes steps of: receiving a current sensing signal from a sensing unit; generating a current image according to the current sensing signal; determining whether the current image is similar with a stored image stored in a memory unit; when the current image is similar with the stored image, detecting the current image and the stored image to be a gesture signal; when the current image is different from the stored image, storing the current image into the memory unit, and returning to the step of receiving a current sensing signal. Since the generic gesture detecting device can automatically detect the gesture signal, the user may not need to enable a detecting time period before implementing a command motion. Therefore, the user can make the command motion without enabling the detecting time period, and the convenience can be increased.

  • Publication number: 20230332959
Abstract: A predictive electronic thermometer circuit structure capable of temperature compensation is provided, including: a compensation module, a thermometer circuit, and a liquid crystal display (LCD) drive module. The thermometer circuit includes a temperature measurement oscillation circuit and a real measurement module. The compensation module and the real measurement module are connected in parallel between the temperature measurement oscillation circuit and the LCD drive module. The predictive electronic thermometer circuit structure controls the on and off of the compensation module and the real measurement module through a combination logic control switch respectively. When the compensation module is off and the real measurement module is on, an actual measured data is output. When the real measurement module is off and the compensation module is on, a temperature value is output after predictive compensation.
