    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for quantitatively evaluating surface roughness of an organic pore of kerogen in shale. The method includes: making a shale sample; applying a circle of silver-painted conductive tape on the edge of the shale sample to obtain a processed sample; conducting image scanning on the processed sample to obtain a scanned image; determining a kerogen area according to the scanned image; determining an organic pore area according to the kerogen area; carrying out gridding treatment on the organic pore area to obtain multiple grid cells; adopting double integral calculation on each of the grid cells to obtain the areas of the multiple grid cells; summing each of the areas to obtain the surface area of the organic pore; and evaluating surface roughness of the organic pore according to the surface area of the pore.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of catalyst preparation, disclosing a preparation method and application of a coated vanadium-tungsten-titanium oxide monolithic SCR catalyst. The method includes the steps of mixing a vanadium oxide precursor, a tungsten oxide precursor, titanium dioxide, an inorganic adhesive, an organic adhesive and a macromolecular surfactant with deionized water and stirring them to obtain a thick liquid; adding a pH adjuster to the thick liquid to make its pH 1.5-4.5; impregnating a cordierite honeycomb carrier in the thick liquid to obtain a preliminarily-impregnated catalyst and dried and calcined the preliminarily-impregnated catalyst to obtain a finished catalyst. The method has advantages such as simple operation, easy repetition and short time-consuming, so it can be applied to exhaust gas post-treatment of a marine diesel engine, and provide a good choice for catalysts used to denitrify medium and high temperature exhausted gas from marine engines.

The method utilizes the PHA process wastewater as at least part of the water of the fermentation medium, and filters and separates the broken thallus with the plate and frame filtration equipment pre-coated with PHA layer to prepare PHA, thereby recycling the high-salt wastewater, reducing costs, and potentially separating PHA on a large scale for industrial production.

This method and apparatus utilize antibodies conjugated microbeads to isolate target cells, use ON/OFF controls for the target cell capturing magnet and the release magnet, such that there is no need to change the cap of the capturing magnet and thus enabling automatic multiple rounds of capturing, washing and releasing cycles to increase the target cell detection sensitivity and reproducibility. A special filter is utilized to effectively remove more than 95% of free unbound microbeads, thus significantly improving the purity of the collected target cells and increasing the data quality of downstream analysis of the single target cells. Lastly, RNA expression patterns are proposed for identifying of certain target cells (e.g. circulating tumor cells and white blood cells).
