Abstract: This invention provides to a strain of Lactobacillus salivarius SG-M6 with deposit number of CGMCC NO. 3505 and a fermentation product thereof. The present invention also provides a health composition for improving oral bacteria population, which comprises the Lactobacillus salivarius SG-M6 or the fermentation product thereof. The health care composition can be applied to prevention or treatment of oral bacterial diseases.
