Abstract: A door lock includes a panel, a base plate, and a middle plate. A handle and a thumb-turn are rotatably mounted on the panel, wherein the thumb-turn has a first spindle mounted on the middle plate and engaged with the thumb-turn, an upper cam mounted on a rear end of the first spindle. The handle has a second spindle mounted on the middle plate and engaged with the handle, and a lower cam with two shoulders mounted on a rear end of the second spindle. A linking sheet is provided between the middle plate and the base plate and has two legs each having a foot pushed by the respective shoulder and an upper end pushing the upper cam. Two slots are defined in the legs, and two springs are received in the longitudinal slots and are pressed between first stops and second stops.

Abstract: A lock device includes an external cylinder body, a latch unit, a screw part and an inner lock body that are combined together. The inner lock body has an inner cover plate set, a washer plate, a spring, a spring plate, an inner connecting plate and an inner lever handle. A pair of opposite openings is located at a periphery of the inner cover plate set. An inner drive cylinder is configured on the inner cover plate set. The inner connecting plate is easily to be disassembled without other tools to assist when the inner connecting plate has to be replaced, so as to there is no tool damage the lock device and the door board.

Abstract: A reversible latch assembly has a faceplate assembly, a latch bolt assembly, a bolt-releasing assembly, a guardian bolt assembly, a driver assembly and a casing assembly. The latch bolt assembly, the bolt-releasing assembly and the guardian bolt assembly are rotatably mounted inside the casing assembly and allow the latch assembly to be reversed and used in either a clockwise or counterclockwise opening door.

Abstract: A lock set with a quick changeability has a plug, a cylinder, a seat, a ring and a sliding cover. The plug is mounted in the cylinder and has multiple first holes in rows wherein multiple lower pins are inserted. The cylinder has a chamber radially defined therein wherein the plug is inserted, and a lug formed in a top end thereof. Multiple second holes in rows are respectively defined in the lug and multiple upper pins and springs are inserted into the second holes. Multiple openings in rows are respectively defined in a lower inner wall of the cylinder wherein upper pins and springs are inserted into the second holes. The sliding cover abuts the lower inner wall of the chamber and has multiple orifices in rows defined therein. Hence, it is easy for a user to change a corresponding key.

Abstract: A door lock core is composed of a latch part, an operating part and a barrel. The latch part is received in the barrel and has a disk with a slot rotatably mounted at a rear end of the barrel. The latch part has a first latch plate extending through the slot and a latch bolt provided at a front end of the first latch plate. The operating part is provided at a rear side of the disk and has a pull plate extending through the slot. The pull plate has a hook attached to the first latch plate and assembled between two side plates. The side plates each have a positioning hole in alignment with each other and a hook attached in the slot. A ring is rotatably mounted at a front end of the barrel and the latch bolt extends out through the ring.

Abstract: A latch assembly has a casing, a housing, a latch bolt, a slide, a connecting member, a lever holder, a lever and an adjusting pin. A slot is longitudinally defined in the housing. Two detents are respectively defined in opposite ends of the slot. The slide is connected to the fixed member with the connecting member that engages one of the notches in the fixed member. A notch is defined in the bottom of the slide. A biasing member is arranged between the slide and the connecting member to provide a biasing force to the connecting member to engage the fixed member. The adjusting pin extends through one of the detents, aligns with the notch in the slide and abuts the bottom of the connecting member. With such an arrangement, only one hand is needed to adjust the latch assembly.
