The insulator overlays at least a part of a surface of the heat emitting body. In the heating device, a plurality of heat emitting bodies are spaced apart along the first direction, and a clearance is formed, thereby facilitating bending and deformation of the heating device in a clearance region between the adjacent heat emitting bodies. The conductive portion that connects the two adjacent heat emitting bodies is separate from the clearance.
