Abstract: Electric shears include a housing, a motor within the housing, a transmission means including a reduction gearbox and a bevel gear pair, a fixed blade, a movable blade rotatably connected to the fixed blade and coupled with the motor via the transmission means, and a stroke-control means controlling the movable blade to swing back and forth about its connection with the fixed blade. The fixed blade is supported on the reduction gearbox and fixed to the housing together with the reduction gearbox. Electric shears are thus provided with a small shape, a simple and compact interior structure, and better portability.

Abstract: Electric shears include a housing, a motor mounted within the housing, at least one blade driven by the motor, and a trigger mounted on the housing for controlling the motor. The electric shears further include a controller for controlling the motor and a mode-selecting switch mounted on the housing and connected to the controller. The controller responds to the mode-selecting switch and controls the electric shears to switch between at least two kinds of operation modes. Since the electric shears has at least two kinds of operation modes, more functions and a broader range of applications can be achieved.
Abstract: A method for controlling reversal of a blade of a bush cutter. The method functions by detecting a parameter of a motor with a control circuit and, when a user presses a reversal button, by causing the control circuit to control the motor not to reverse when the detected parameter, e.g., speed of the motor, is greater than or equal to a preset threshold and to control the motor to reversely rotate and drive the blade to reversely rotate when the detected parameter is less than the preset threshold.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a power tool having a main body portion and at least one interchangeable cutting tool carrier. A motor and a transmission mechanism are mounted in the main body portion and the cutting tool carrier includes a cutting tool assembly which includes a connection mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a driving device which is mounted on the driving shaft and may be coupled with the connection mechanism. The transmission mechanism also has a stationary element and a movable element, each having a magnet mounted on a surface. Due to the magnetic force, the moving element and the driving device are able to move relative to the stationary element to allow for automatic alignment of the driving device and the connection mechanism of the cutting tool elements.
Abstract: A pruner having a housing, a motor mounted in the housing, a handle, an upper blade, a lower blade, and a guide apparatus. The guide apparatus is a long shaped piece with a portion that has the same angle of curvature as one of the blades. The guide apparatus is longer than one of the blades to allow the guide apparatus to assist a user in selecting a specific tree limb to be cut thereby minimizing the unintentional removal of an incorrect tree limb. The guide apparatus may also be removed if the pruner is going to be used to cut lower limbs or in confined spaces.

Two rows of rollers are disposed on a bottom of the table and a sliding block adapted to cooperate with the two rows of rollers is disposed between the two rows of rollers. One end of the sliding block is hinged to the transmission frame.
Abstract: The invention provides a hand-held circular saw comprising a base plate and a cutting unit pivotally mounted on the base plate. The cutting unit includes a saw blade, a motor driving the saw blade, and a fixed guard covering at least a part of the saw blade. A guide plate with an arc-shaped slot extends from the base plate. A connecting member or bracket has a first end that is mounted to the cutting unit and a body portion operably connected to the guide plate by a locking element, namely a bolt, and a lever. Once released, the lever allows for movement of the bracket and the blade with respect to the guide plate. A stopper is mounted on the guide plate and is movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, at least a part of the stopper intercepts the arc-shaped slot and stops the bolt from moving further within the arc-shaped slot.
