The data processor simultaneously senses transmission intensity of the mobile terminal using the terminal identity information collection modules. The data processor determines a location of the mobile terminal based upon the changes in the signal transmission intensity from the collection modules. The data processor generates a specific characteristic threshold for the mobile terminal to pass an entrance gate. The data processor causes the entrance gate to be opened records a specific time that the entrance gate is opened. The data processor records a specific time that the person has entered the parking facility.
