A root of the installation part connected to the end face of the body part is formed into an arc-shaped connection part, preventing stress concentration at the root.

    Abstract: A charging base lead frame includes a frame body having a receiving slot and a plurality of leads fixed to the frame body. The leads include a first lead for electrical connection to a terminal of a charging base. The first lead includes a lead body fixed to the frame body, a pair of elastic cantilevers connected to the lead body and suspended in the receiving slot for clamping the terminal, and a pair of bridging arms respectively connecting a pair of fixed ends of the pair of elastic cantilevers to the lead body. At least a portion of the fixed ends of each of the elastic cantilevers is wrapped in the frame body.

    Abstract: A finger protective cap for fitting on an installation part at an end of a connection terminal includes a peripheral wall, an end wall connected to an end of the peripheral wall, and an insertion post located in the inner cavity and connected to the end wall. The peripheral wall and end wall define an inner cavity accommodating the installation part. The insertion post is insertable into an insertion hole on the installation part and interference fit with a hole wall of the insertion hole. The inner cavity has an opening opposite to the end wall to allow the installation part to be inserted into the finger protective cap through the opening.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a connector housing assembly and a charging socket connector. The connector housing assembly has a housing configured to support a connection terminal; and a lock received in a chamber of the housing. The lock is movably installed in the housing and is adapted to be moved between a pre-locking position and a final locking position; the lock is provided with a blocking structure configured to lock the connection terminal when the lock is moved to the final locking position; the housing is provided with an operation port communicated with the chamber, and the lock is pushed to move between the pre-locking position and the final locking position by a tool inserted into the chamber through the operation port. Compared with the prior art, the assembly process of the connector housing assembly of the present invention is simple, and the productivity is effectively improved. A blind plug may be located in the operation port when the tool is removed from the port.

In the charging socket provided in the present application, only the adapter plug is required to be pulled out from the mating installation groove on the socket body when the charging terminal mounted in the terminal accommodating cavity needs to be repaired or replaced, thereby removal of the connection between the charging terminal and the battery pack is completed, which effectively reduces the difficulty of disassembly and assembly.

    Abstract: The present application provides a mounting bracket assembly for fixing a charging socket and a charging socket assembly. The mounting bracket assembly has a mounting frame and a locking member. The mounting frame defines an installation region configured for receiving the charging socket, and provided with a connection structure configured for installing the locking member. The locking member and the connection structure are movably connected between the pre-locking position and the final-locked position.
