    Abstract: A data driving circuit and a display device are provided in the present application. In the present application, a comparison module of a charge sharing unit module is connected to a latch module for comparing a digital video data stored in a corresponding pair of data driving units, a switching transistor is connected output terminals of the corresponding pair of the data driving units, an output terminal of the comparison module is connected to an control terminal of the switching transistor for turning on the switching transistor while a grayscale value of the digital video data being greater than a default grayscale value, so that the output terminals of the corresponding pair of the data driving units are connected for charge sharing.
