    Abstract: A cosmetic composition containing polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, a nonionic surfactant having HLB of from about 10 to about 20, and an aqueous carrier. The composition meets at least one of the following conditions: (i) the pH of the composition is between about 2.0 and about 5.0; (ii) the nonionic surfactant is liquid at 20° C.; and (iii) the composition is substantially free of hydroxyethylcellulose and xanthan gum. The cosmetic composition can provide improved flowability of the composition.

    Abstract: A cosmetic composition containing from about 0.1% to about 10% silica, from about 0.1% to about 10% of lauroyl lysine, and water. The silica can have an average particle size of from about 0.5 microns to about 35 microns and an oil absorbance of from about 1 ml/100 g to about 130 ml/100 g. The composition can provide improved sensory feel during and/or after the application to skin, such as reduced heavy coated feel; reduced sticky/tacky feel; and/or reduced friction/draggy feel, while providing moisturized feel, especially in cosmetic compositions containing a higher level of water, and/or in the cosmetic compositions containing lower level of oils.

The cosmetic composition can provide reduced sticky feel, while having sufficient viscosity coming from polyacrylate crosspolymer-6.
