    Abstract: A production method of a decorative light string includes the steps of: soldering a plurality of SMD beads or chip equidistantly onto a lead wire according to a sequential order; filling an encapsulation glue into a plurality of casings; putting the SMD beads or chips soldered onto the lead wire into the encapsulation glue filled into the casings according to a sequential order and then into an oven until the encapsulation glue is cured; and assembling the SMD beads or chips encapsulated into the casing with a base. This method requires no stamped electroplated parts to reduce the production cost significantly and satisfy the increasingly higher requirements for modern industries and the production of decorative light strings.

    Abstract: An easy-to-assemble integrated LED bulb lamp includes a lampshade, a bulb base, a lamp cap, an LED module, a driver IC, a resistor, a lampshade and a lamp cap that form a sealed cavity. The bulb base is installed to an opening of the lampshade to divide the sealed cavity into an upper compartment and a lower compartment; the LED module is installed in the upper compartment; and the LED module is partially inserted into the bulb base and connected to the driver IC in the bulb base. Since the driver IC and the LED module can be integrally fixed during the injection molding of the bulb base, therefore the actual assembling process only requires the step of soldering the solder point of the resistor, and the assembling process can be simplified significantly to increase productivity.

Because the LED lighting module is pre-encapsulated in the lamp housing, when installed, only the LED lighting module and the plug need to be assembled so as to complete the assembly of the lamp housing, the LED lighting module and the plug. This reduces the assembly steps for production.

First ends of the positive lead and the negative lead are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the bulb holder, respectively. Second ends of the positive lead and the negative lead are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the LED lighting module, respectively. The LED light-emitting module has a gate-like shape and is formed by connecting an LED flip chip and a conductor support. The LED bulb has a simple structure to reduce the steps and the difficulty of the assembly.
