The battery section receives the capacitively coupled AC power, and further charges the rechargeable battery pack by converting the received AC power into DC power. The monitoring section that monitors the charge status of the battery section and releases command data to the charging section for charging the rechargeable battery pack. Further the charging section provides the AC power to start the charging operation of the rechargeable battery pack, on receiving command data from the monitoring section.
