  • Patent number: 11862303
Abstract: The present invention HUB relates generally to a collection of digital health hubs (HH) with artificial intelligence and wireless connectivity to autonomously communicate with each other to create a fully automated digital health social network, that can operate both autonomously with no interaction from human element, as well as through multiple layers of outside individuals and care facilities, including but not limited to family members, caregivers and medical care providers. The present invention HUB performs various tasks to monitor, record, diagnose and communicate health and safety of individuals. The HUB additionally triages users and analyzes their recorded health data to autonomously create public and private social groups, communicate packets of general and detailed information on their users' database within HH groups. HHs can join (dock into) or exit (un-dock) from one or more public or private social HH groups.

  • Patent number: 10446017
Abstract: A method and a smart personal emergency response system (SPERS) are provided for monitoring, analyzing, and communicating behavior of a user in emergency conditions and non-emergency conditions to multiple user devices. The SPERS has multiple sensors, an interactive communication unit (ICU), a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and at least one data analytics processor having a data communication module, a control module, a behavioral analytics engine (BAE), and a notification module. Sensor data generated by the sensors is communicated to the user devices via one or more wireless communication links using the ICU. The ICU allows communication only on activation of an input means. The BAE dynamically analyzes the generated sensor data with one or more sensor data libraries in real-time for detecting behavior of the user in emergency conditions and transmits an analytics result to a virtual assistant application on the user devices.

  • Patent number: 10292906
Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing pills comprising a pill storage section, a dispensing section located at a lower end of the storage section, an optical sensor, a memory, controller and wireless communication module and a supporting tray for one ring-shaped blister pack. A spring loaded lever is provided as push-out means in line with the respective pills of the blister pack and with the passage opening and can be operated for pushing out the pills to be dispensed through the passage opening. A motorized mechanism is provided as means for rotatable positioning of the blister pack stepwise relative to the part of the apparatus including the push-out means. Optical sensor detects presence of an object such as a person's hand at the passage opening and allows the pills to be dispensed automatically.

  • Patent number: 10105288
Abstract: A Smart Medication Adherence Refrigeration Tray (SMART) along with method of use to assist with self-management of medication treatment by patients. The SMART medication tray accepts a plurality of medication filled containers of various sizes along with individual storage compartments for each container. Each medication storage compartment uses an embedded scale mechanism to monitor the amount of medication being taken by the patient and to assist with the medication adherence compliance. A series of optical sensors are utilized to detect when medication bottles are placed on the storage compartment as well as when they are being removed. Medication tray utilizes wireless technology to interactively communicate with outside computing devices to receive medication prescription and assist with the adherence process.

  • Patent number: 8433399
Abstract: A wireless, battery-powered electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring system, along with a method of use for detecting and analyzing patient's cardiovascular activity and interactively transmitting the data to a wireless computing device via telemetry. The wireless computing device can include but is not limited to a mobile phone, Tablet-PC or a laptop computer. ECG monitor contains a processor that continuously processes received ECG signals, stores the signals in memory and performs a series of analysis on the recorded data using pre-stored software algorithms. When an abnormality is detected, a wireless transceiver transmits the processed ECG data to a wireless computing device for viewing and further analysis, by displaying the received ECG data for doctor's viewing, sending the data to a web-based server computer for remote access, performing additional advanced analysis on the data and downloading new algorithms and instructions into the ECG monitoring device via telemetry.
