Abstract: A method of collection, dissemination, storage, and analysis of user feedback is disclosed. A plurality of user touchpoints are defined where user feedback is desired. A unique code is associated with each of the defined user touchpoints. Upon determining that a user is at one of the defined user touchpoints, the method includes sending a user feedback request to the user. If the user provides feedback, the user feedback is transmitted to the terminals of responsible entities within the organization. The responsible entities may take any corrective action needed in response to the user feedback at the user touchpoint. The user feedback and any action taken in response to the user feedback are also stored in a remote database for further analysis.
