The hitch adapter comprises a variable pitch control system for mounting a cargo cart and attached payload in which the scissor lift mechanism within the cart is also capable of compressive force to power a dynamic pitch control system. The cargo cart also incorporates a restraint system to prevent carrying vehicle damage, and a vibration dampening system to protect carried payloads.

For each segment, portion, section or scene with modified content, a compressed file is created which includes at least one instance of a set of frames which includes modified content. For some sections there may be two or more versions of modifications. These alternative versions may be compressed as a single distinct file. This permits efficient edge caching of video files with modified content, for example for selective provision of alternative versions of the video file to various end users in a transmission efficient manner.

The invention achieves its objectives by connecting a network of entities and computer systems, wherein information regarding bakeries' production schedules, specific retailers' purchase orders, and advertisers' specifications are collected and processed to provide instructions for bagging and/or coupon-targeting systems to include specified wrappers and promotional material with each bread product or groups of bread products. For each package of bread, the promotional material may be included inside the bread bag or wrapper, outside of the bread wrapper, or both.
