Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for analyzing quantitative expression values of biomarkers of a biomarker panel for determining multiple sclerosis disease activity (e.g., multiple sclerosis disease progression) in a human subject. Further disclosed herein are kits for measuring quantitative expression values of the markers as well as computer systems and software embodiments of predictive models for determining multiple sclerosis disease activity (e.g., multiple sclerosis disease progression) in human subjects based on the quantitative expression values of the markers.
