  • Publication number: 20260129978
Abstract: An electronic device includes a circuit module and a protection module. The circuit module includes a P-N junction between a reference terminal and an electrical node, and metal connection lines coupled to the electrical node and configured to be charged due to antenna effect. The protection module includes an HV transistor and a capacitor. The capacitor is connected between the electrical node and the HV transistor and configured to turn on the HV transistor when the electrical node charges positively due to the antenna effect. The circuit module is thus maintained at a potential that does not damage the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20250351346
Abstract: A cost-effective solution to implement a non-volatile memory cell based on floating gate transistor including a floating gate that overlies an active region and a field region of a semiconductor substrate: Single Poly Floating Gate NVM bitcell. The control gate terminal is implemented with contact plug/s (Contact Control Gate) or metal field plate separated by the floating gate using commonly present in CMOS process SIPROT stack (oxide(s) and nitride(s)).

  • Patent number: 9922722
Abstract: An antifuse cell includes an antifuse capacitor that is activatable with a breakdown voltage to provide an electrically conductive path through the capacitor. A pull-up transistor is coupled to the antifuse capacitor. A current path of the pull-up transistor is arranged in parallel with the antifuse capacitor. A shooting transistor is coupled to the pull-up transistor with the current paths of the pull-up transistor and a current path of the shooting transistor cascaded to each other.

  • Patent number: 9006862
Abstract: An embodiment of an electronic device includes first and second semiconductor bodies. The first semiconductor body houses a first conductive strip having a first end portion and a second end portion, and houses a first conduction terminal electrically coupled to the first end portion and facing a surface of the first semiconductor body. The second semiconductor body houses a second conductive strip having a third end portion and a fourth end portion, and houses a second conduction terminal electrically coupled to the third end portion and facing a surface of the second semiconductor body. The first and second semiconductor bodies are arranged relative to one another so that the respective surfaces face one another, and the first conduction terminal and the second conduction terminal are coupled to one another by means of a conductive element so as to form a loop of an inductor.
