Abstract: An apparatus for packaging containers of devices for pharmaceutical use includes a robotic arm movable from a gripping position, in which it picks up a container previously sealed by at least one protective sheet, to a release position in which it inserts the container into a bag through a suitable opening provided on a side of the bag; wherein the robotic arm is connected to at least one position control camera configured to read coordinates of a midpoint of the opening with respect to a lying plane on which the bag lies and/or an angle of rotation of the bag with respect to an axis perpendicular to the lying plane, so as to ensure the correct positioning and release of the container inside the bag.

Abstract: Sterilizing packaging units including packing a sterilization container by receiving a rigid body having a lower surface, an upper rim, and side walls between the lower surface and the upper rim, wherein the upper rim defines an opening to an interior space of the body, arranging one or more packaging units in the interior space of the body, covering and sealing the opening of the body with a lid, and engaging a valve body in fluid communication with the interior space of the body to move the valve body to an open position; exposing the interior space of the body and the packaging units to a sterilant until the packaging units are sterilized; subjecting the interior space of the body to a negative pressure differential; and engaging the valve body to move the valve body to a closed position that seals the interior space of the body.

Abstract: A method for cutting a mat of plies of fabric in order to facilitate the removal of stacks of cut pattern pieces, which consists of the fact that in addition to perimetrically cutting the contours of the various pattern pieces, additional cuts are formed in the mat which connect the various contours to each other and to the edges of the mat, the cuts reducing the residues of the mat to small and mutually separate portions.
