Abstract: A modular wire processing center comprises a plurality of individual processing modules that are controlled by a central control unit. The plurality of processing modules includes an automatic crimper and at least two further processing modules selected from the group of an automatic cutter, a marking system, a stripping unit, a terminal feeding device, a wire feeding unit and a wire discharging/bundling unit. The processing modules are designed as independently operable individual processing units and are positioned with the control unit on a mobile platform.

Abstract: A marker strip has a strip-shaped labelling strip formed of a first plastic material, which can be labelled on a first labelling side using a printer. A second side of the strip opposite the first side has a plurality of marker latching profiles formed of a second plastic material. The profiles are configured for latching in marker latching receptacles of serially arranged electrical devices. The marker strip has a main direction of extent and the latching profiles are arranged in the main direction of extent in a grid dimension on the second side of the labelling strip. The grid dimension in which the latching profiles are distributed on the second side of the labelling strip is smaller than or equal to 2 mm.

The cable marker strip includes a labeling track which has one labeling surface for each cable marker, wherein one fastening structure is provided for each cable marker on a fastening surface of the labeling track. The fastening surface lies opposite the labeling surface and has a connecting track and two holding limbs which are connected to the connecting track, which lie opposite one another, and together define a cable receptacle. Starting from the connecting track, spacing the holding limbs from one another decreases in the region of the cable receptacle so that the cable receptacle tapers. A printer for printing the cable marker strip and a method for printing the cable marker strip by way of the printer are also provided.
