    Abstract: A learning control system for a nano-precision motion stage comprises a closed-loop feedback section including a motion trajectory generator, a feedback controller, a motion stage, and a first Fourier transformer; and a feedforward section including a second Fourier transformer, a learning controller, an iteration backward shift operator, and a Fourier inverse transformer. An iteration experiment count j is initialized as j=1, and a j-th frequency domain feedforward signal is initialized to 0; the system is run to collect a frequency domain error signal and a frequency domain position measurement signal; a (j+1)-th frequency domain feedforward signal is updated; and an iteration experiment count j is incremented by 1. The present disclosure can effectively suppress the influence of external noise and disturbances, and improve convergence performance.

    Abstract: A dynamic decoupling control method for a multi-degree-of-freedom precision comprises defining a dynamic decoupling controller and parameterizing elements in the form of a finite impulse response (FIR) filter, applying a nominal decoupling control method to measure an actual position signal of an actual system and an output of a nominal decoupling controller, calculating a virtual control quantity, and optimizing an indicator function to obtain an estimated value of a coefficient to be optimized of the dynamic decoupling controller. Decoupling at medium and high frequency bands can be effectively realized with improved accuracy of decoupling, and an algorithm flow is simplified. The method is prone to engineering implementation.

    Abstract: The sensing system includes at least one chip branch. In the chip branch, a clock circuit of each sensing chip integrates the received working clock signal to obtain stable clock signal that has a relative high frequency to be subjected to frequency dividing, and a frequency dividing circuit performs frequency dividing processing on the clock signal to obtain a working clock signal required by a next-stage sensing chip. In the cascade structure, a clock source only needs to satisfy the driving requirement of a first-stage sensing chip, and the working clock signal required by each of other sensing chips is provided by a previous-stage sensing chip, such that the problem that the number of sensing chips connected in series in the chip branch is limited by the driving capability of the clock source is solved, and the applicability of the sensing system is widened.

A remote reference power plane connected to a power module is identified according to a schematic diagram of signal design, and a noised power plane is determined. A position of the noised power plane is found in a PCB, and whether the noised power plane is remote referenced by a high-speed signal is judged. Placement positions and number of connection capacitors are determined according to a layout and routing position of the high-speed signal and a width of the noised power plane. Two capacitors with fixed capacitance values are placed at the placement positions of the connection capacitors. Connection capacitors are added to a position of a noised remote reference power plane of a signal line for connecting the power plane and the ground.

    Abstract: A precise coordination control system includes a trajectory generator, a closed-loop system of a first motion stage, and a closed-loop system of a second motion stage. The precise coordination control method includes: initializing an iteration experiment count j to 1 and feedforward control signals of two motion stages to 0; performing the jth iteration experiment and running the coordination control system; updating the feedforward control signals of the two motion stages; and continuing next iteration and stopping the iteration experiment until a coordination motion error meets a precision requirement. Both of respective servo errors of two motion stages and the coordination motion error of the two motion stages can be reduced. A learning coefficient is designed by using an adaptive method to provide an increased convergence rate, high robustness to external random disturbances, and good anti-disturbance capability.
