    Abstract: Method for producing a beverage includes: preparing a volume of concentrated fruit juice; preparing a volume of concentrated elderberry juice; first mixing the volume of concentrated fruit juice, and elderberry juice, together with a first volume of water and a mass of vitamins, to obtain a compound; second mixing, in which within a volume of water, 45-65 g of the compound for each liter of water and 90-110 g of honey for each liter of water is mixed, to obtain the beverage, which includes: fruit juice concentrate between 15-25% of the total mass of the beverage; vitamins between 3-6 mg per 100 ml of the beverage; introducing 2-8 g carbon dioxide, following the second mixing, to carbonate the beverage. The honey includes: 43-47 g fructose and 33-36 g glucose per 100 g of total mass of sugars.
