    Abstract: Provided are a waterborne polyurethane emulsion for ultra-thin polyurethane condoms having a low modulus and a high strength, and a method for preparing the emulsion, wherein the waterborne polyurethane emulsion comprises 15 to 18 parts by mass of a macromolecular diol, 4 to 6 parts by mass of a diisocyanate, 0.6 to 0.9 parts by mass of a hydrophilic chain extender, 0.4 to 0.8 parts by mass of a small-molecule chain extender, and the like. The prepared waterborne polyurethane emulsion is characterized by a low modulus, a high strength, and high resilience.

    Abstract: Efficient inner product search is important for many data ranking services, such as recommendation and Information Retrieval. Efficient retrieval via inner product dramatically influences the performance of such data searching and retrieval systems. To resolve deficiencies of prior approaches, embodiments of a new index graph construction approach, referred to generally as Norm Adjusted Proximity Graph (NAPG), for approximate Maximum Inner Product Search (MIPS) are presented. With adjusting factors estimated on sampled data, NAPG embodiments select more meaningful data points to connect with when constructing a graph-based index for inner product search. Extensive experiments verify that the improved graph-based index pushes the state-of-the-art of inner product search forward greatly, in the trade-off between search efficiency and effectiveness.

A perception module of the autonomous vehicle classifies sounds and localizes sound sources in the ambient sound environment. In an embodiment, sound sources within a field of view (FOV) of an image sensor of the autonomous vehicle are localized in a visual scene generated by the perception module. In an embodiment, one or more sound sources outside the FOV of the image sensors are localized in a static digital map. Localization is performed using parametric or non-parametric techniques and/or machine learning. The output of the perception module is input into a planning module of the autonomous vehicle to plan a route or trajectory for the autonomous vehicle in the ambient sound environment.
