    Abstract: A method and apparatus for updating data in a memory for electrical compensation, the method comprises: when a master chip receives a power-off signal, writing a serial number of a block being updated or a predetermined value into a nonvolatile memory. In the apparatus, only a nonvolatile memory is required to be provided external to a master chip to store the serial number of the block (the sequence of the block) being updated currently during power-off. Upon a next power-on, it is determined that which rows have their data lost during the previous power-off according to the serial number of the block, and then data of adjacent rows is used to replace the data of the rows which have their data lost during the previous power-off; therefore, the operation is simple and the efficiency is high, so that the time for updating the data is short, without affecting the memory's lifespan.

    Abstract: Provided is a use of one or more MicroRNA genes selected from miRNAs of Family Let-7, miR-21 or miR-222 in the construction of tissue engineered nerves and in the repair of peripheral nerve defects. An outer and/or internal surface or pores of a tissue engineered nerve graft are coated or adsorbed with polymeric nanomicrospheres carrying a Let-7 family miRNA inhibitor, miR-21, or miR-222, or a mimetic thereof, wherein the polymeric material is composed of biocompatible fibronectin and heparin. The regeneration of peripheral nerves and the construction of tissue engineered nerves are promoted by regulating the expression of MicroRNA genes which can effectively promote the proliferation of primary Schwann cells cultured in vitro and have an anti-apoptotic effect on neuronal cells. In-vivo test proves that bridging of the tissue engineered nerve graft can facilitate the regeneration of peripheral nerves, thus being useful in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus to reduce read latency and improve read quality of service (Read QoS) for non-volatile memory, such as NAND array in a NAND device. For read commands that collide with an in-progress program array operation targeting the same program locations in a NAND array, the in-progress program is suspended and the controller allows the read command to read from the internal NAND buffer instead of waiting for the in-progress program to complete. For read commands queued during an in-progress program that is processing pre-reads in preparation for a program array operation, pre-read bypass allows the reads to be serviced between the pre-reads and before the program's array operation starts. In this manner, read commands can be serviced without suspending the in-progress program. Allowing internal NAND buffer reads and enabling pre-read bypass reduces read latency and improves Read QoS.

The crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin (I) undergoes Cu-Ka radiation and X-ray powder diffraction expressed in terms of angle 2?; the crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin (I) has characteristic absorption peaks at positions of 7.34°±0.20°, 12.71°±0.20°, 14.25°±0.20°, 14.68°±0.20°, 16.52°±0.20°, 17.99°±0.20°, 19.98°±0.20°, and 22.69°±0.20°. The crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin provided by the present invention is easy to prepare. Related test data shows that the crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin has high purity, low impurity content, and good stability. The preparation cost is low, the preparation method is simple to operate, conditions are mild and easy to control, and crystals of 7?-methoxy cephalothin can be obtained stably. The invention is applicable to industrial production.
