According to the technical solution, by providing the magnetic assembly on the one end of the rocker adjacent to the coil assembly, the power for rotating the rocker is adjusted by interaction force between the magnetic assembly and the arc-shaped coil assembly, and the interaction force between the magnetic assembly and the coil assembly can be further adjusted by adjusting the magnitude of the current of the coil assembly.
