  • Patent number: 10774953
Abstract: The present invention discloses a cable tie which comprises a locking head, a belt connected to the locking head by one end thereof and a buckle. The locking head comprises a channel for an insertion of the belt and an assembly groove adjacent to the channel. The buckle is pivotally connected to the assembly groove and has an engaging sheet to engage with plural rack teeth of the belt. The engaging sheet of the buckle further has a positioning protrusion extended from an upper end of the engaging sheet for correspondingly attaching to and moving along a first inclined surface at an upper region of a positioning block of the locking head by a bottom edge thereof for engaging with or unfastening a fastening surface of the positioning block.

  • Patent number: 6332419
Abstract: An auxiliary device of a sewing machine capable of making three net-like stitches has two clipping members connected to each other. A hooked plate is movably passed through between the clipping members to pull a first kind of threads for same to hold in position. The front ends of the clipping members are disposed under a curved hook of a thread guide, and relatively close to needles of the first threads such that, in sewing operation, the first threads can be connected with a net thread controlled by the thread guide and a shuttle to form the net-like stitch without possibility of the first threads falling off the clipping members and failing to connect the net thread.

  • Patent number: 6234097
Abstract: A thread cutting device of a sewing machine has a fixed plate, first and a second adjustable arms, a cutting arm with a front end knife, a swing arm pivoted to the fixed plate and a hook arm with two hooks. The adjustable arms are relocatably fitted on the fixed plate. The cutting arm is pivoted to the first adjustable arm. The hook arm is movably fitted to the cutting arm with two long holes connecting a bolt of the cutting arm, and the second adjustable arm respectively, and has a gap receiving one end of the swing arm such that the hook arm is moved back and forth to hook and retreat threads for the knife to cut off when the swing arm is swung.

  • Patent number: 6021727
Abstract: An upper thread-hooking method for industrial sewing machines uses an upper thread-hooking device installed above one side of the needle and the presser foot for hooking the thread and cutting with a cutter by means of an electronic component moving a main sway arm and an auxiliary sway arm. The hooking device is located between the needle eye and the needle point behind the needle, performing a hooking thread process so that the hooking member never occupies the gap between the needle point and the presser foot. Then the sewing machine may have the highest rising level for the presser foot for comparative thick cloth to be sewn, without possibility of the hooking member colliding with the needle or the presser foot.

  • Patent number: 5937775
Abstract: A sewing machine includes a position rod fixed under a plate base for securing an electromagnet horizontally. The position rod has a front end holding a roller for a connecting band to extend around. The lower end of the connecting band is bound with a working rod of the electromagnet. In using the sewing machine, the electromagnet is electrically activated or desactivated to attract the working rod to the left side or the right side for pulling or not pulling the connecting band and a swing arm so as to lift or lower the presser foot. Thus the space for installing the electromagnet can be narrowed and the power required by itself may be decreased.

  • Patent number: 5870962
Abstract: A thread cutting device for a sewing machine of chain sewing includes a fixing plate, a combine plate on the fixing plate, a slide guider movably combined with the combine plate by a swing arm located between the fixing plate and the combine plate. A main knife is fixed on a front end of combine plate, and a movable knife is fixed on the slide guider to be moved moved back and forth by the slide guider so that the movable knife may hook and retract threads for the main knife to cut off when the swing arm is swung by an air pressure cylinder having its piston rod connected with an second end of the swing arm, while a first end of the swing arm is connected with the slide guider.

  • Patent number: 5481994
Abstract: A thread cutter for a chainstitch sewing machine includes a base plate, a cutter arm, a pincher, a cutter, a hook rod arm, a hook rod and a swing arm combined together. The hook rod arm is movably connected with the cutter arm and has its front end connected with the hook rod. The cutter arm has its front end firmly connected with a cutter on its upper surface and with the pincher on its lower surface and is also pivotally connected with the base plate. The swing arm is connected pivotally on the base plate and has its front head fitting in a notch of the rear end of the hook rod arm. A slide ring is fitted under a hole of the swing arm located in a guide slot of the cutter arm. The swing arm is moved by a driving means to swing to move the hook arm and the cutter arm forward and backward for cutting threads by a cutter fixed on the hook rod arm.

  • Patent number: 5467514
Abstract: A lining strip cutting machine is provided. The machine has a flat board for a closed loop of cloth to lie on and to be moved across. A transmission assembly is included to rotate a transferring rod. The machine includes an upper cutting wheel, a lower cutting wheel and a winding roller. A guide rod is provided that is angularly adjustable with respect to the flat board by means of a pair of micro adjusters for moving the closed loop of cloth nearer to the cutting wheels to enable the lining strip to be cut off the cloth which is moving around the flat board, the transferring rod and the guide rod. The machine further includes a cloth stretcher for stretching the closed loop of cloth and thereby correctly cut the lining strip to the right size. A winding roller is provided to contact a strip shaft to pick up the cut lining strip from the cutting wheels and push it onto the strip shaft to be wound thereon.
