The multifunctional key device includes a rubber sealing member sandwiched between the top cover and the circuit board, and a key button body. The rubber sealing member includes a skirt portion extending upwardly from a top face thereof into the receiving hole, and a button coupling portion integral with the skirt portion and having a top open end. The key button body is fitted to the micro stick switch, and has a top end face exposed from the top open end of the button coupling portion to permit a user's finger to press directly the key button body.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing and a connector port cover. The housing is provided with a connector port accessible via an access hole, and an anchor hole disposed proximate to one end of the access hole. The connector port cover is operable for covering and uncovering the connector port, and includes a deformable and water-impervious sealer layer, a rigid pressing layer, and a fastener. The sealer layer has an anchor extension connected to the housing at the anchor hole. The anchor extension is stretchable along the length thereof, and pulls the sealer layer toward said connector port. The pressing layer is connected integrally to the sealer layer. The fastener is operable between tightened and loosened states for retaining releasably the connector port cover at a covering position.

The key is mounted on a key-mounting wall, extends through a key-inserting hole in the key-mounting wall, and has a peripheral wall. The sealing part extends from a lower end of the peripheral wall of the key, has a peripheral wall that surrounds the peripheral wall of the key, and cooperates with the peripheral wall of the key to define a spacing groove therebetween. The peripheral wall of the sealing part is surrounded by and abuts elastically and sealingly against a hole-defining wall of the key-inserting hole.
