Abstract: A memory device includes a memory array comprising a plurality of memory cells arranged over a plurality of rows, the rows including a plurality of word lines, respectively, a first group of the memory cells coupled to an even-numbered one of the word lines and a second group of the memory cells coupled to an odd-numbered one of the word lines. The even-numbered word line is disposed in a first one of a plurality of metallization layers formed vertically above a substrate, wherein the even-numbered word line extends along a first lateral direction and includes a first stitch portion extending in a second lateral direction perpendicular to the first lateral direction. The odd-numbered word line is disposed in a second one of the plurality of metallization layers, wherein the odd-numbered word line extends along the first lateral direction and includes a second stitch portion extending in the second lateral direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for improved methods for expanding tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and producing therapeutic populations of TILs in a shorter time period than the traditional methods. TIL cell therapy products can be manufactured which easily meet the target cell dose while maintaining desired T cell phenotype.

Abstract: A video bitstream including coded information of a current block in a current picture is received. The current block is divided into a plurality of subblocks based on a region division shape of a plurality of region division shapes that is associated with an intra prediction mode of the current block. A weight set is determined for each of the plurality of subblocks, where the weight set includes a first weight for an intra prediction of the respective subblock and a second weight for an inter prediction of the respective subblock. Each of the plurality of subblocks is reconstructed based on the weight set, the intra prediction, and the inter prediction that are associated with the respective subblock.

Abstract: A network processor includes a processor. The processor includes at least one processor core and a cache. The at least one processor core loads and executes program codes to deal with packet processing. The program codes include a network driver, a network stack of an operating system (OS) kernel, and a packet pre-learning module. The packet pre-learning module generates a fake packet, and sends the fake packet to the network stack of the OS kernel through the network driver. The cache caches at least a portion of instructions and data associated with processing of the fake packet that is performed by the network stack of the OS kernel.

Abstract: A housing sealing structure includes a housing body, a busbar assembly, and a sealing ring, wherein the housing body has a partition plate, and a first chamber and a second chamber on two sides of the partition plate. The partition plate is provided with a through hole through which the busbar assembly passes such that the busbar assembly is sealed at the through hole by the sealing ring. The housing body also includes a first snap-fit portion, and the busbar assembly includes a second snap-fit portion, the first snap-fit portion being snap-fitted with the second snap-fit portion, which ensures the busbar assembly is at a fixed position relative to the housing body to avoid seal failure caused by large compression difference between two sides of the sealing ring due to swing of the busbar assembly relative to the housing body during use, thereby further improving the sealing effect.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for RIS state feedback and receiving are presented. The method for RIS state feedback includes: a RIS controller feeds back state information to a base station (BS), wherein the state information includes state information of the RIS controller and state information of a plurality of RIS boards managed by the RIS controller. An RIS controller feeds back state information about itself and a RIS board managed thereby to a base station, and the BS can effectively manage states of the RIS controller and the RIS board managed thereby, and detect and process network performance deterioration caused by an abnormality in the state of the RIS controller or the RIS board in time, thereby achieving the effect of improving the network performance.

A set of candidate fields of view is determined based on pattern groups of a pattern layout and a constraint on a characteristic of a given field of view. The characteristic of a given field of view includes a distance from the given field of view to another field of view and/or a size of the given field of view. The one or more lists are selected from the set of candidate fields of view according to prescribed criteria for combinations of fields of view included in the one or more lists. The prescribed criteria causes inclusion of an optimally diverse group of patterns in a predetermined number of lists of fields of view.

The method includes (i) receiving a query from a client system, (ii) determining, based at least in part on the query, a plurality of partitions of a hypercube that are expected to comprise information used in generating a response for the query, (iii) communicating a set of requests to a data source storing the hypercube, the set of requests comprising one or more requests corresponding to the plurality of partitions of the hypercube, (iv) obtaining, from the data source, a set of results to the set of requests, the set of results comprising data stored in the plurality of partitions of the hypercube, (v) determining a plurality of virtual objects for the set of results, (vi) combining the plurality of virtual objects into a response to the query, and (vii) providing, to the client system, the response to the query.

Abstract: In cell instance segmentation of an original cell image obtained by microscopy, the original cell image is rotated by a rotation angle to yield a rotated cell image. A first machine-learning model for cell instance segmentation processes the original and rotated cell images such that effectively, horizontal and oblique boxes are used in bounding cells of the original cell image for enhancing cell-segmentation accuracy. A set of predictions is generated for each cell instance identified from the original and rotated cell images, yielding a plurality of sets of predictions for all cell instances. The plurality of sets of predictions is processed to remove any set having predicted space not simply connected, any unwanted set classified by a second machine-learning model as a poor indicator according to a certain performance criterion, and any redundant set. The plurality of sets of predictions then produces a segmentation map for the original cell image.

The method includes: obtaining a security policy corresponding to a quality of service flow identifier (QFI), where the security policy includes an integrity protection policy and/or a confidentiality protection policy; and performing, according to the security policy, security protection on a first data radio bearer (DRB) corresponding to the QFI. According to the technical solutions provided in this application, data security protection on a user plane at a QoS flow/DRB granularity can be implemented.

In one example, a transformer includes a 2D laminated magnetic core; a first winding wound about the 2D laminated magnetic core; and a second winding wound about the 2D laminated magnetic core adjacent to the first winding. The first and second windings can operate at first and second voltage levels. In another example, an inductor includes a 2D laminated magnetic core including two halves separated by airgaps; and a winding wound about the 2D laminated magnetic core.

Abstract: A video processing method and device and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining a video captured by a photographing device; dividing the video into a plurality of regions based on information associated with a global motion state between frames of the video, wherein the plurality of regions includes a region of interest (ROI) and a non-region of interest (non-ROI); and performing different image processing on the ROI and the non-ROI to achieve different levels of clarity for the ROI and the non-ROI. Present disclosure can effectively save transmission resource usage while ensuring the user's subjective visual experience.

Abstract: A method for left-behind object detection includes: acquiring a first to-be-detected image of a target region at a first moment; determining whether a foreground image exists in the first to-be-detected image according to a foreground image determination model, the foreground image being an image corresponding to a foreground object in the target region; if the foreground image exists in the first to-be-detected image and the foreground image satisfies a first preset condition, inputting the foreground image and at least one comparison image into a preset tracking model to obtain at least one tracking result; and detecting whether the foreground object is an object left behind in the target region according to the at least one tracking result.
