    Abstract: A method includes receiving a device design layout and a scribe line design layout surrounding the device design layout. The device design layout and the scribe line design layout are rotated in different directions. An optical proximity correction (OPC) process is performed on the rotated device design layout and the rotated scribe line design layout. A reticle includes the device design layout and the scribe line design layout is formed after performing the OPC process.

    Abstract: A touch naked eyes stereoscopic display provided includes a touch display module and a backlight module. The touch display module includes an array substrate, a touch panel and a display medium. The display medium is directly configured between the array substrate and the touch panel. The backlight module includes a stereoscopic optical splitting sheet, a first light source and a second light source. The stereoscopic optical splitting sheet is configured on one side of the array substrate back opposite to the touch panel. The first light source and the second light source are configured on two opposite side surfaces of the stereoscopic optical splitting sheet respectively, wherein only the first light source provides red lights to the stereoscopic optical splitting sheet and only the second light source provides blue lights to the stereoscopic optical splitting sheet.

    Abstract: An active device array substrate having a display area and a circuit area connected thereto is provided. The active device array substrate includes scan lines, data lines intersecting the scan lines, pixel units, scan-signal terminals, transmission circuit sets, controlling lines and controlling switches. The pixel units are located in the display area and electrically connect the corresponding scan lines and data lines. The scan-signal terminals, the transmission circuit sets, the controlling lines and the controlling switches are located in the circuit area. Each of the transmission circuit set is respectively connected to a corresponding scan-signal terminal. Each transmission circuit set includes transmission lines corresponding to the scan lines. The controlling lines intersect the transmission lines and the controlling switches are connected to the transmission lines, respectively. The controlling switches connected to the same scan-signal terminals are connected to different controlling lines.
