    Abstract: Provided is a smelting and continuous casting method for high Cr—Si alloyed hot-formed steel. During a smelting process, in response to the problems that this steel grade needs large addition quantity of alloys containing silicon, manganese and chromium, precise composition control on coating-free hot-formed steel alloys is achieved through a reasonable match of two manners of alloy addition into a ladle at a converter steelmaking stage and alloy addition at LF refining stage. During a continuous casting process, in response to the problems that air gaps are easy to form in this steel grade and a billet shell is not uniform, low-basicity mold fluxes with uniform heat transfer and good lubrication are provided for the continuous casting process of the high Cr—Si hot-formed steel.

    Abstract: A method comprises a compiler analyzing a graph to determine a pipeline of operators based on a shared dimension of input and output tensors among the operators. The operators are included in the graph and the graph corresponds to a dataflow application. The compiler determines a tiling decision associated with the pipeline and a tiling cost associated with the tiling decision. The tiling decision can comprise a tile shape to slice tensors of operators of the pipeline. Based on the tiling cost, the compiler determines that the tiling decision improves an optimization objective and includes the pipeline and tiling decision in mapping decisions associated with executing the application on a computing system. The compiler can apply a tiling cost model to determine the tiling costs. A computer program product and a computing system can implement the method.

The control port may receive a control signal that configures the adjustable termination to exhibit an impedance selected based on a VSWR of the antenna. The impedance of the adjustable termination may be tuned so the amplifier sees a consistent load impedance at the load port even as the VSWR of the antenna changes over time.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal composition includes at least one liquid crystal compound of a general formula (I), at least one elastic constant regulator of a general formula (II), and at least one chiral compound. A light modulating device with the liquid crustal composition has at least two stable states in the absence of applied voltage, at least one state allowing incident light to pass through substantially (transparent state), and at least one state scattering incident light substantially (foggy state). The transparent state and the foggy state may be switched by means of an external electric field. The transparent state is clear and highly transmissive, while the foggy state provides privacy protection. By introducing a bimesogenic compound and adjusting the helical pitch of the liquid crystal composition system to P?3.5 ?m, the uniformity of the planar arrangement of the liquid crystal composition molecules is improved and texture defects are reduced.
