    Abstract: An electronic device may include wireless circuitry that includes a power amplifier with one or more common source stages. Each stage may include power transistors and, if desired, capacitance neutralization transistors. Each transistor may include a set of unit cells, each containing an elongated drain contact, first and second elongated source contacts, and first and second gate contacts. The source contacts may extend parallel to the drain contact along first and second sides of the drain contact. The gate contacts may extend orthogonal to the drain contact along third and fourth sides of the drain contact. The double gate connection for each unit cell may serve to reduce gate resistance of the corresponding transistor. The first and second power transistors may be laterally interposed on a substrate between the first and second capacitance neutralization transistors. This may serve to reduce area consumption while eliminating differential mode parasitics.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for judging geology of a time-delayed extremely intense rockburst as to deep tunnel engineering. Information about geological structures is recorded according to methods such as geological mapping and advanced geological prediction of the tunnel face. Geometric characteristics of burst craters formed during the rockburst are recorded by utilizing advanced geological drilling and profile scanning technologies in a rockburst-damaged zone. 3D geostress in the rockburst-damaged zone is measured by using a stress relief method or a hydraulic fracturing method to determine the orientation of the maximum principal stress. A 3D numerical calculation model is established based on initial geostress testing results and physical and mechanical parameters of rock and structural discontinuities obtained through on-site geological investigations.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for semiconductor processing preclean includes removing an oxide layer from a substrate using anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in combination with water vapor. A system for the preclean may be configured to separate the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and the water vapor until they are delivered to a common volume near the substrate. Corrosion within components of the system may be limited by purification of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, passivation of components, changing component materials, and heating components. Passivation may be achieved by filling a gas delivery component with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and allowing the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to remain in the gas delivery component to form a passivation layer. Consistent water vapor delivery may be achieved in part by heating components using heaters.
