    Abstract: An intelligent anti-icing material and a preparation method and use thereof are disclosed. The intelligent anti-icing material includes a hydrophobic resin and a nickel-titanium alloy wire embedded in the hydrophobic resin. When the surrounding temperature decreases, the hydrophobic resin in the intelligent anti-icing material shrinks, and the nickel-titanium alloy wire featured by thermoelastic martensitic transformation undergoes phase transformation and expands, which changes the direction of the expansion force inside the ice layer, and thus tiny cracks occur at the interface between the ice layer and the surface of the material, thereby reducing the adhesion of the ice layer to the surface of the material, accelerating the spontaneous shedding of the ice layer, without heating, and achieving an excellent anti-icing effect.

A personal device may comprise a cutaneous sensor unit and a control module that wirelessly transmits signals to a computing device capable of, for example, applying a predictive model to signals to generate text or synthesize speech. In particular, the cell freezing medium of the present invention comprises the following components: (1) human albumin; (2) cryoprotectant: the cryoprotectant comprises a combination of one or more of dimethyl sulfoxide, glycerol, and ethylene glycol; (3) a saline buffer; wherein the salt buffer is a solution containing Na+, K+, Mg+, Cl?, and CH3COO? ions; (4) a vitamin; and (5) an amino acid, wherein the human albumin concentration is 1%-20% (w/v). The cell, after long-term cryopreservation with the freezing medium of the present invention, has a high viability, and the cellular efficiency maintains a high uniformity. The grade of purity of the freezing medium of the present invention is the pharmaceutical grade or USP grade; and the freezing medium is safe and reliable for clinical use, and can be used or conventional adherent and suspension cells.

A method of forming the semiconductor device structure comprises forming stairs in a staircase structure comprising alternating dielectric levels and conductive levels. A carbon-doped silicon nitride is formed over the stairs, an oxide material is formed over the carbon-doped silicon nitride, and openings are formed in the oxide material. The openings extend to the carbon-doped silicon nitride. The carbon-doped silicon nitride is removed to extend the openings into the conductive levels of the staircase structure. The process includes depositing a first amorphous silicon layer on a surface of a layer and a second amorphous silicon layer in a portion of a trench formed in the layer, and portions of side walls of the trench are exposed. The first amorphous silicon layer is removed. The process further includes depositing a third amorphous silicon layer on the surface of the layer and a fourth amorphous silicon layer on the second amorphous silicon layer. The third amorphous silicon layer is removed. The deposition/removal cyclic processes may be repeated until the trench is filled with amorphous silicon layers. The amorphous silicon layers form a seamless amorphous silicon gap fill in the trench since the amorphous silicon layers are formed from bottom up.
