    Abstract: Electrical connector with improved reliability and flexibility for system applications. An electrical connector includes one or more chambers formed between a top shell and a bottom shell. Each chamber can receive a subassembly including a subassembly housing holding terminals and a shield. The terminals comprise contact tails configured for pressure mount. An inner shell is disposed around the tongue portion of the subassembly housing and has position assurance features. The top and bottom shells can be welded together and to the inner shell. Such a configuration can improve the strength of the connector. The top shell can be manufactured by processing a metal sheet to form recesses, openings, etc. at selected locations, and then stamping the processed metal sheet into the desired shape for the top shell. Such a connector can be mounted above a circuit board, below a circuit board, and in a belly-to-belly configuration.

    Abstract: Use of a soybean protein phosphatase family gene GmPP2C11 is provided. A soybean gene GmPP2C11 encoding a GmPP2C11 protein has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. A PSCM-GmPP2C11 knockout vector is genetically transformed into soybean, and it is found that a resulting gene-edited material shows significantly higher hundred-seed weight and yield per plant than those of a receptor Jack. This indicates that the soybean gene GmPP2C11 encoding the soybean GmPP2C11 protein may increase the seed weight and yield of a plant through genetic engineering, thereby providing technical services for increasing the yield of crops, especially soybean.

    Abstract: Electrical connectors with improved water resistance. A connector may have an outer shell and an inner shell disposed in the outer shell. The inner shell may extend beyond the outer shell in a mating direction. A portion of the inner shell that extends beyond the outer shell in the mating direction may have a surface roughness higher than portions of the inner shell such that a seal can be securely attached to the rough portion of the inner shell. The seal can be made of an adhesive shaped and cured when disposed on the rough portion. The seal can be spaced from the outer shell such that the seal can abut a mating component when the connector is pressed, in the mating direction, against the mating component, blocking ingress of environmental contaminants. The seal may also block any path between the mating ends of the inner and outer shells.

Before measuring the microscopic crack images according to relevant standards, firstly, a denoising network, improved attention-guided denoising neural network (IADNet) is adopted. IADNet can extract features from microscopic crack images from different perspectives, perceive noise from multiple levels, and perform denoising processing, greatly improving image quality and enhancing texture details, which is beneficial for training segmentation networks. The combination of IADNet and semantic segmentation algorithm has the ability to finely recognize image information, quantify microscopic crack recognition, overcome the shortcomings of measurement and analysis of microscopic cracks inside 3D printed concrete, and improve construction efficiency and quality.
