    Abstract: An RRM measuring method of an LTE system in an unlicensed frequency band, a system, a terminal and a base station are provided. The method includes: receiving a downlink signal sent by each base station in at least one base station to determine a busy/idle status of an uplink channel and/or a downlink channel of each base station; calculating a value of RSRQ of each base station, when the uplink channel and/or the downlink channel of each base station is in a busy state or in an idle state; reporting the values of RSRQ to a service base station. The present disclosure measures the values of RSRQ according to the channel statuses of the base station, thus the serving base station determines the service performance of a neighboring base station to select a more appropriate auxiliary cell base station or a target base station when switching.

    Abstract: A channel detection method and system of an LTE system in an unlicensed frequency range, a device having base station functions, and a terminal are provided. The method includes: dividing an unlicensed frequency range into several frequency bands; setting a determination threshold value corresponding to each frequency band for detecting busy/idle states of channels in each frequency band; setting channel monitoring subframes for detecting the downlink channel state and/or the uplink channel state in each frequency band in the frame structure of the LTE system; detecting the busy/idle states of the downlink channel and/or the uplink channel in each frequency band according to the determination threshold value. The present invention increases a spectrum utilization rate of the unlicensed frequency range, and prevents an LTE system working in the unlicensed frequency range from causing large interference to other systems while ensuring the LTE system works in the unlicensed frequency range normally.

When there is a resource utilization ratio of each resource partition of at least two adjacent resource partitions in the first signal unit is less than a first preset threshold, whether a zone index used after aggregating the at least two adjacent resource partitions causes a communication interference with zone indexes used by resource partitions in an adjacent second signal unit is determined. If no communication interference is caused, determining area distribution parameters of the aggregated at least two adjacent resource partitions. A broadcast message carrying the area distribution parameters to a vehicle terminal is sent. By using the embodiment of the present disclosure, a resource utilization ratio can be improved.

In addition, the consistent double-sided thin films can be easily prepared on two surfaces of the metal substrate by employing the system and method.
