    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for searching a MTPA curve of a vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor based on a DC power, which includes a current closed-loop adjuster, a current command generator, a current command angle generator, an active power calculator, an active power storage and comparison processor and a current given vector corrector. According to the present disclosure, the tedious manual calibration is relieved, the optimal angle is automatically searched, and the production efficiency is improved; according to the present disclosure, the step size can be arbitrarily set according to the calibration requirements, so as to achieve a higher calibration accuracy.

    Abstract: A method and a system for simultaneously realizing current sampling gain and delay compensation. A dummy load is formed from three-phase inductors with star connection to replace a motor load, and a dummy rotation angle is generated by software. In a calibration mode, a standard current sampling element is used for current sampling, and the related calibration parameters in the stable state are stored. Then, in a regulation mode, other current sampling elements produced in batches are used for current sampling, and the delay compensation coefficient and gain compensation coefficient of the sampled current are generated through two closed-loop voltage feedbacks respectively, and the two compensation processes are decoupled from each other and do not affect each other. The present disclosure effectively ensures the accuracy and consistency of current sampling.

A connection line forms at a joint of the second circuit board and the first circuit board. The connection line is located at the corner portion. The filling portion fills the corner portion, an extending direction of the filling portion is identical to an extending direction of the corner portion. The extending direction is identical to a direction of the connection line. A thickness of a cross section of the filling portion perpendicular to the extending direction increases as a distance from the second circuit board decreases.

    Abstract: A deformation-driven solid-phase extrusion device and a one-step alloy bar preparation method by using the same are provided. The device includes a stir tool, an extrusion container and an ejector rod. The stir tool has an integral structure composed of an upper mounting part and a lower working part and having a hollow channel. The lower working part is disposed in a groove of the extrusion container, and the ejector rod is disposed in the hollow channel of the stir tool. The method includes adding alloy powder to the extrusion container, enabling the stir tool to exert a pressure and revolve at a high speed to cause large plastic deformation of the powder and generate heat by friction and deform among powder and the friction working surface of the working part, sintering the alloy powder and extruding the same through the hollow channel of the stir tool.
