For each of the plurality of pixels in the coding unit, the system may determine a target predicted value of the pixel based on the at least one first reference line and the at least one second reference line according to a prediction mode. The system may determine a predicted coding unit corresponding to the coding unit based on a plurality of target predicted values of the plurality of pixels in the coding unit.
