Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus and system for authenticating access of a first device with a first user account to a second device with a device identification bound with a second user account. The method includes acquiring, by the first device, the device identification of the second device to by accessed. Subsequently, the method includes sending the device identification and the first user account to a third-party device. The third-party device receives the device identification and the first user account, sends an authentication request to a login terminal for the second user account when the first user account is different from the second account, receives a permission access response for an access authorization front the login terminal, and sends an access password associated to the first device. The method is performed by the video capture device and comprises: receiving a communication request from a terminal; determining, based on the communication request, one or more terminals connected with the video capture device; and transmitting status information of the video capture device to the network, the status information including information of the one or more terminals connected with the video capture device. Since the video capture device can transmit status information including information of one or more terminals to the network, after determining the one or more terminals are connected with the video capture device, information about which terminals are connected with the video capture device can become known to other devices connected with the network. The method includes receiving a target frame serial number of a lost video frame from a terminal device, and using a time when the target frame serial number is received as a timestamp of the target frame serial number; determining a number of target frame serial numbers corresponding to timestamps within a predefined time period; decreasing a designated image quality parameter according to a predefined configuration when the number of target frame serial numbers is greater than a first threshold; and increasing the designated image quality parameter according to the predefined configuration when the number of target frame serial numbers is less than a second threshold. The first threshold is greater than the second threshold.
