Abstract: A track drive of an agricultural production machine is disclosed. The track drive includes a driving wheel, a front deflection roller, a rear deflection roller, a continuous caterpillar track around the driving wheel and the deflection rollers, and middle rollers between the front and rear deflection roller. The track drive further includes a track frame and a swing frame. Using the swing frame, the track drive pivots about a first axis of the agricultural production machine, and the track frame pivots about a second axis of the swing frame. The second axis is at a distance from the first axis, and a spring system or damper system is positioned between the track frame and the pivot frame. The deflection rollers are positioned on the track frame with the middle rollers positioned on a common support element, which is positioned pivotably about a third axis on the track frame.

  • Patent number: 12019527
Abstract: A processor comprises a plurality of processing units, wherein there is a fixed transmission time for transmitting a message from a sending processing unit to a receiving processing unit, based on the physical positions of the sending and receiving processing units in the processor. The processing units are arranged in a column, and the fixed transmission time depends on the position of a processing circuit in the column. An exchange fabric is provided for exchanging messages between sending and receiving processing units, the columns being arranged with respect to the exchange fabric such that the fixed transmission time depends on the distances of the processing circuits with respect to the exchange fabric.

  • Patent number: 12022115
Abstract: A method and device for coding and decoding a coded data stream representative of at least one image split into blocks. For a current block, a group of pixel values in the block is determined from previously decoded pixels, and for each pixel, a prediction residue is decoded. A prediction value for the pixel is determined according to a first prediction mode by predicting the pixel from at least one other previously decoded pixel belonging to the current block. Information is decoded from the stream indicating whether the pixel is predicted according to a second prediction mode using a prediction resulting from the group of pixel values in the block. When the pixel is predicted according the second mode, the prediction value for the pixel is replaced with a selected value of the group. The pixel is reconstructed using the prediction value associated with the pixel and the prediction residue.

  • Patent number: 12020131
Abstract: Techniques are provided for sparse ensembling of unsupervised machine learning models. In an embodiment, the proposed architecture is composed of multiple unsupervised machine learning models that each produce a score as output and a gating network that analyzes the inputs and outputs of the unsupervised machine learning models to select an optimal ensemble of unsupervised machine learning models. The gating network is trained to choose a minimal number of the multiple unsupervised machine learning models whose scores are combined to create a final score that matches or closely resembles a final score that is computed using all the scores of the multiple unsupervised machine learning models.

  • Publication number: 20240198518
Abstract: A method for training a control policy. The method includes estimating the variance of a value function which associates a state with a value of the state or a pair of state and action with a value of the pair by solving a Bellman uncertainty equation, wherein, for each of multiple states, the reward function of the Bellman uncertainty equation is set to the difference of the total uncertainty about the mean of the value of the subsequent state following the state and the average aleatoric uncertainty of the value of the subsequent state and biasing the control policy in training towards regions for which the estimation gives a higher variance of the value function than for other regions.

  • Publication number: 20240202531
Abstract: A system and method are provided for training an autoencoder on training data to obtain a generative model for synthesizing new data. During the training, an affine transformation is applied to the output of the encoder to obtain representations of the training data instances in the latent space. Furthermore, a mean and covariance of the representations of the training data instances in the latent space is determined, and parameters of the affine transformation are updated to shift the mean and covariance of the representations of the training data instances towards a target mean and a target covariance. The decoder of the trained autoencoder may be used as generative model, for example to synthesize input data to a test or simulation of a system, device, or machine, or to synthesize training data for the training of a(nother) machine learnable model.
